Are you an experienced restaurant professional or auditor with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of gluten-free safety? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Gluten-Free Food Service (GFFS) Auditor. As an auditor, you will play a crucial role in visiting GFFS locations to conduct annual audits based on our provided standards, contributing to the integrity and credibility of our gluten-free validation process.

Who can become a GFFS Auditor? We welcome individuals with the following backgrounds:

  • Experienced Restaurant Management or Back-of-House Professionals: If you have a proven track record in restaurant management or back-of-house operations, we value your expertise. Preference is given to those with knowledge and experience in gluten-free practices.
  • Experienced Auditors Trained to ISO Standards: We recognize the value of auditing professionals who have received training in ISO auditing standards. While a preference is given to candidates with gluten-free experience, we also welcome general auditors who can adapt their skills to our unique requirements.

As a contracted auditor, you will have the opportunity to work with GFFS Validated Gluten-Free Safe Spot locations across the United States. Assignments may range from local to regional audits in restaurants or other food service operations such as hospitals, universities, and senior living facilities. We aim to provide you with groupings of audits to optimize efficiency and minimize travel requirements.
